Periodically, a member of our Client Relations Team will follow-up with you to make sure you are happy with our service and the handling of your case. Our team is here to address any questions or concerns that you may have throughout the duration of your case.

Since the lead attorney handling your case will in some circumstances be better suited to handle your questions, we have put together a set of guidelines on when to contact our Client Relations Team and when to contact the lead attorney or law firm handling your case. 

Contact the Lead Attorney or Law Firm Handling Your Case If:

  • You have a specific question about your case 
  • You would like an update on the status of your case
  • You need or want to respond to correspondence received from the Lead Attorney or Law Firm handling your case
  • You have received correspondence from an insurance company, or the negligent company, regarding your case
  • You have new or additional information that you believe may help your case
  • You need to reschedule an appointment or need directions to their office

Contact Our Client Relations Team If:

  • You are dissatisfied with the lead attorney or law firm handling your case
  • Your phone number, address, or email address has changed
  • You misplaced your lead attorney or law firm's contact information
  • The person to contact regarding the case has changed
  • You want to respond to a letter, phone call, or email received from the Personal Injury Center
