Unsafe Products :: Unsafe Toys

UNSAFE TOYS - Defective and unsafe toys are responsible for thousands of injuries and deaths every year. Nothing can be more devastating for a parent than to see their child injured or killed because of an unsafe toy. We will make sure that your matter is handled with dignity and compassion and the utmost care.

Unfortunately, manufacturers make their business decisions based on what is best for their bottom line. If they believe it will be more expensive to recall a product than to settle any lawsuits that may arise, they will choose the latter even if it means more children will be exposed to their unsafe product. We, as attorneys, can't change the past, but we can do our best to prevent further injuries and deaths from a defective product by pushing for serious financial penalties against the manufacturer of the unsafe toy.

In the past, our network of law firms have handled cases regarding toys that present choking hazards and the risk of strangulation.  More recently, we have seen numerous instances of loud toys causing hearing damage in infants, as well as children being exposed to lead paint and other toxic substances as a result of a failure by the manufacturer to oversee their foreign operations.

Personal injury cases involving large manufacturing companies can be terrifying for individuals faced with the prospect.  However, you do not have to be alone; you can be represented by highly skilled product liability attorneys and lawyers who are capable of obtaining critical information through discovery and witness preparation.

This ensures that you and your family recover monies sufficient to pay your child's medical bills, future medical expenses, and/or loss of earning potential.

If you believe your child was seriously injured or killed as the result of an unsafe toy, please fill out the form below for a free evaluation.
