UNSAFE PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS
Do in large part to the direct advertising by pharmaceutical companies, individuals have taken greater control in requesting drug and pharmacological treatment. As a result of apparent patient knowledge and reduction of time allotted in physician counseling of patients, individuals have been exposed in greater numbers to the dangers of over medication, under medication, erroneous medication and defective medication. Add to that complex network, the push by pharmaceutical companies to get their drugs on the market and in the hands of consumers has resulted in serious and, in many cases, fatal injuries.
Unfortunately, symptoms may go undetected, untreated or erroneously treated as a disease; in addition, patients often assume that the injuries were unavoidable. For example, a fever may result from a hernia patch operation or suicide and sleep disturbance may result of anti-depressants or a heart attack may result from use of a prescribed medication.
Below are a list of drugs that have been subject to medication recalls and warnings posted by the Food and Drug Administation (FDA) along with symptoms/side affects that are likely caused by use of the respective drug. If you have experienced any of the symptoms listed, or any others not listed, you may be entitled to compensation for an injury or medical problem that may have been caused by the drug. We are currently accepting and evaluating cases regarding each of the drugs listed below. If you believe you have been injured by an unsafe pharmaceutical drug and it isn't listed on this page, please call us at 877-888-5936.
